Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions

1. Earning Rewards:

   • Receive 10% off your 5th visit.

   • Receive £20 off your 10th visit.

2. Non-Transferable: Loyalty cards are personal to each client and cannot be shared, transferred, or combined with another person's card.

3. Valid Services: Discounts can be applied to any hair service but do not cover retail products.

4. Fair Use: Any attempt to misuse the loyalty program, such as transferring stamps or dishonestly claiming rewards, will result in cancellation of the card.

5. Changes & Termination: Zoe B Hairdressing reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
