Cancellation Policy

 

Please be aware of the cancellation policy at Zoe B Hairdressing:

 

• 24-Hour Notice: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
• No-Show: If you miss your appointment without providing notice, it will be considered a "no-show."
• Short Notice Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, it will be considered a short notice cancellation.
• One Strike Rule: I understand that life happens, so the first no-show or short notice cancellation will be noted, but no penalty will be applied.
• Deposit Requirement: After one no-show or short notice cancellation, a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure any future appointments. The deposit amount will be 50% of your service and will be deducted from the total cost of your service at the time of your appointment.
• Rescheduling Within 24 Hours: If you request to reschedule your appointment within the 24-hour notice period, a new deposit will be required to secure the new appointment time.
